this 75 m² holiday house for 4 people is completely new and was built by its owner (retired former craftsman) from old, ecological materials, mainly in cob and wooden frame
this ground floor house includes a dining room with godin wood stove, 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200) (travel cot, blanket and baby bath if needed) and a sink, a lounge area with a clic-clac sofa with a comfortable mattress which therefore acts as a second bed, a 80 cm flat-screen satellite tv and various armchairs, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, oven, induction hob, hood , toaster and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, 1 separate wc, electricity included

the exterior consists of a garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers The back of the land which is not part of the rental but acts as a garden for the owners and a meadow for a sheep and a pony.
